YAHYA MAHLASLI BİR ŞAİRE AİT BİR NASİHATNAME, ss. 271-292

Arapça “na-sa-ha” üçlü kökünden türetilmiş olan nasihat, kendi iradesiyle doğru yolu bulamayan birine, onun iyiliğini düşünerek kötü ve yanlış davranışlardan uzaklaştırmak veya yol göstermek amacıyla söylenen sözlere denir. Nasihatname ise toplum hayatını daha yaşanılır kılmak için iyi ve ahlaklı insanlar yetiştirmek amacıyla yazılan öğütlerle dolu mensur ya da manzum eserlerdir. Nasihatnameler bir zümre için yazılabileceği gibi toplumun tamamı için de yazılabilir. Toplumların daha çok çözülme dönemlerinde kaleme alınan nasihatnameler, Türk edebiyatında özellikle Türklerin Müslüman olduktan sonraki döneminde görülmüş olup daha sonra yaygınlaşmaya başlamıştır. Edebiyatımızda birçok şair bu tarz eserler yazmıştır. Yaşadığı toplumun problemlerini bilen ve bunlara çeşitli çözüm yolları üretmeye çalışan şairler, bunu yaparken çoğu kez sade bir dil kullanmıştır. Makale konumuz olan nasihatname ise “Yahya” mahlaslı bir şaire aittir. “Fî Beyân-ı Kasîde-i Naṣîḥat” başlıklı bu eser, İBB Atatürk Kitaplığının nadir eserler bölümünde “Bel_Yz_K.001604” demirbaş numarasına kayıtlı mecmua ile Ankara Adnan Ötüken İl Halk Kütüphanesinde 06 Hk 1637/5 demirbaş numarasına kayıtlı mecmuanın içinde yer almaktadır. Bu nasihatnamenin müellifi olan Yahya için kesin bir kanaat ileri sürecek delilimiz yoktur. Şairin tespiti için edebiyat tarihimizdeki 18 Yahya mahlaslı şair üzerinden bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Eser, kaside nazım şekli ile yazılmakla birlikte bu nazım şeklinin methiye, tegazzül, dua gibi bölümleri bu şiirde bulunmamaktadır. Nasihatnamede “dünyanın faniliği, ölüm ve sonrası, nefsin hileleri” gibi konular etrafında öğütler verilmektedir.

Nasihat, derived from the trilateral root "na-sa-ha" in Arabic, refers to the words spoken to someone who is unable to find the right path on their own, with the intention of steering them away from bad and wrong behaviors and guiding them towards their well-being, out of concern for their welfare. Nasihatnames, on the other hand, are prose or poetic works filled with advice, written with the aim of nurturing virtuous and moral individuals in order to make societal life more livable. Nasihatnames can be written for a specific group or for the entire society. Nasihatnames, which were predominantly written during periods of societal upheaval, particularly emerged in Turkish literature after the Turks embraced Islam and later became more widespread. Many poets in our literature have written works of this nature. Poets who are aware of the problems of the society they live in and strive to come up with various solutions often use a simple language while doing so. The nasihatname that is the subject of our article belongs to a poet using the pseudonym "Yahya" This work, titled " Fî Beyân-ı Kasîde-i Naṣîḥat" is included in a compilation recorded under the inventory number "Bel_Yz_K.001604" in the rare works section of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Atatürk Library, as well as in a compilation recorded under the inventory number "06 Hk 1637/5" in the Ankara Adnan Ötüken Provincial Public Library. We do not have definitive evidence regarding the author of this nasihatname. Evaluations have been made based on 18 poets throughout our literary history who used the pseudonym Yahya. The work is written in the form of a kaside, but none of the elements of this poetic form (such as methiye, tegazzül, dua) are present in this poem. The nasihatname offers advice on topics such as the transience of the world, death and the afterlife, and the tricks of the ego.
