YAVUZ SULTAN SELİM’İN TRABZON’DA ŞEHZADELİĞİ SIRASINDA KAPI HALKINA YAPILAN TAHSİSAT, ss. 179-197

Bu çalışma Sultan Selim’in yirmi dört yıl şehzade sancağı olarak bulunduğu Trabzon’daki sarayında hizmet eden çeşitli kademelerdeki devlet görevlileri hakkında bilgi vermek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bilindiği üzere şehzadeler sancağa çıktıkları zaman kendilerine ait belli bir bütçe ile merkezdeki saray teşkilatına benzer bir teşkilata sahip olurlar ve devlet idaresini burada öğrenirlerdi. Şehzade sancaklarında görevli olan ve kapı halkı denilen bu kimselerle ilgili çalışmalar son zamanlara kadar azdı. Manisa’da görev yapan şehzadelerin hizmetindeki görevlilerin tespiti önemli bir çalışmada ele alındı. Benzer bir çalışmanın Trabzon’da bulunan şehzadenin kapı halkının tespiti için de yapılması önemlidir. Bu sayede Trabzon’da uzun süre şehzadelik yapan ve bir mücadele sonucu tahta geçen Selim’in şehzadelik yılları hakkında detaylı bilgilere ulaşılacaktır. Şehzade sarayında merkezdeki sarayın bir örneği olarak görevlilerin bulunduğu incelenen bu defterde de tespit edilmiştir. Şayet kısmen yayımlanan defterler tamamen neşredilirse Trabzon’daki şehzade sarayındaki görevlilerin tamamının tespiti mümkün olacaktır.

This study has been prepared in order to give information about the state officials at various levels who served in the palace of Sultan Selim in Trabzon, where he was a prince sanjak for twenty-four years. As it is known, when the princes went to the sanjak, they had an organization similar to the palace organization in the center with a certain budget and learned the state administration here. Studies on these people, who were in charge of the Şehzade Sanjaks and called the people of the door, were few until recently. The determination of the officials in the service of the princes working in Manisa was discussed in an important study. It is important to carry out a similar study for the determination of the gate people of the prince in Trabzon. In this way, detailed information will be obtained about the years of princedom of Selim, who was a prince in Trabzon for a long time and took the throne as a result of a struggle. As an example of the palace in the center of the prince's palace, it was determined in this book that there were officials. If the partially published notebooks are fully published, it will be possible to identify the officials in the prince's palace in Trabzon.
