A REVIEW OF THE RUSSIAN MILITARY ESSENCE IN IRAN DURING THE WORLD WAR I IN THE LINE OF TEHRAN ENVOY MUSTAFA ASIM BEY'S REPORTS, pp. 179-191
This article aims to explain Russia's military initiatives against Iran in the light of the reports by sent ambassador Asim Bey of Tehran to Istanbul. In this study, in which the documents obtained from based on the Ottoman Archives of the Prime Minister's Office were used as references, questions such as how the Russians military undertakings intensified in which parts of Iran, how the shah and the government members were positioned in the face of the relevant initiatives, and how Asim Bey positioned himself and his state within the framework of these developments were sought. In this context, while searching for answers to related questions a serious number of place and person names were used in the text without disturbing the original.

TAHRAN SEFİRİ ASIM BEY'İN RAPORLARI DOĞRULTUSUNDA BİRİNCİ DÜNYA SAVAŞI SIRASINDA İRAN'DAKİ RUS ASKERÎ VARLIĞI ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME, ss. 179-191
Bu çalışma, Birinci Dünya Savaşı sırasında Rusya'nın İran'a yönelik askerî girişimlerini Tahran Sefiri Asım Bey'in İstanbul'a gönderdiği raporlar ışığında açıklamayı amaç edinmektedir. Ağırlık olarak Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivinden elde edilen belgelerin referans olarak kullanıldığı çalışmada; Rus kuvvetlerinin askerî teşebbüslerinin İran'ın hangi bölgelerinde yoğunlaştığı, şah ve hükümet üyelerinin ilgili teşebbüsler karşısında nasıl pozisyon aldıkları, Asım Bey'in bu gelişmeler çerçevesinde kendisini ve devletini ne şekilde konumlandırdığı gibi sorulara cevaplar aranmıştır. Bu kapsamda ilgili sorulara cevaplar aranırken metin içerisinde orijinalini bozmadan ciddi sayıda yer ve şahıs isimleri kullanılmıştır.
