Harputlu Omer Naimi, One Of The Last Scholars Of Ottoman And His Work Entitled Manzume-i Naimiyye, pp. 265-291

Poetry has been carrying lyricism and used as an educational tool for centuries. Poetic dictionaries, medical books, sehrengizs about the places poets travel and see, surnames that tells about weddings or festivities, gazavatnames about wars etc. it has always been described with poetry. It has also been one of the most effective tools in the teaching of Islam in Anatolia. The people of Ahmet Yesevi coming to our geography and people like Mevlana and Yunus Emre generally covered similar subjects in the sufi works they wrote. Poetic interpretations, forty hadith translations, catechisms, mawlids, miraciyes, hilyes, maktels and many other religious contents were in demand. One of these types nasihatnames. In the nasihatnames, the things that the person should and should not do are explained in a didactic way. In this study, the work written by Harputlu Omer Naimi Efendi addressed to his son, Manzume-i Naimiyye was discussed. Omer Naimi, who was born in the early 1800s, passed away in 1882 after spending most of his life in science education and study. In addition to the famous works such as Kaside-i Burde Serhi, he left behind the mentioned work. The mentioned work consists of 14 sections, for example: nurture of children, youth times, good morals, requirement of Islam and faith, branches of faith, wajibs of Islam, interest. In the study, the entire text was transferred to today's letters.

OSMANLI'NIN SON DÖNEM ÂLİMLERİNDEN HARPUTLU ÖMER NA'ÎMÎ EFENDİ VE MANZÛME-İ NA'ÎMİYYE ADLI NASİHATNAMESİ, ss. 265-291

Şiir, yüzyıllar boyunca hem lirizmi taşımış hem de bir eğitim aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Manzum sözlükler, tıp kitapları, şairlerin gezip gördüğü yerleri konu edindikleri şehrengizler, düğünlerin veya şenliklerin anlatıldığı surnameler, savaşların anlatıldığı gazavatnameler vs. hep şiirle anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca Anadolu'da, İslam'ın öğretiminde en etkili araçlardan biri yine şiir olmuştur. Ahmet Yesevî'nin coğrafyamıza gelen erenleri, Mevlana, Yunus Emre gibi isimler kaleme aldıkları tasavvufi eserlerde genellikle benzer konuları işlemiştir. Manzum tefsirler, kırk hadis çevirileri, ilmihaller, mevlidler, miraciyeler, hilyeler, makteller ve daha birçok dinî muhtevalı tür rağbet görmüştür. Bu türlerden biri de nasihatnamelerdir. Nasihatnamelerde kişinin yapması ve yapmaması gerekenler didaktik bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışmada da Harputlu Ömer Na'îmî Efendi'nin oğluna ve oğlu üzerinden aslında genele hitaben telif ettiği eseri Manzûme-i Na'îmiyye ele alınmıştır. 1800'lü yılların başında doğan Ömer Na'îmî ömrünün çoğunu ilim tahsili ve tedrisi ile geçirdikten sonra 1882 yılında vefat etmiştir. Geride Kasîde-i Bür'e Şerhi gibi meşhur eserlerin yanında bir de mezkûr nasihatnameyi bırakmıştır. Söz konusu eser; çocukların terbiyesi, gençlik vakitleri, güzel ahlak, İslam'ın ve imanın şartları, imanın şubeleri, İslam'ın vacipleri, insanı küfre götürecek sözler, riba gibi 14 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada metnin tamamı günümüz harflerine aktarılmıştır.
